Once booked:
A parent or guardian submits the child’s writing via the submission portal in Word format.
I send my feedback to the parent/guardian’s email within 7 working days.

Refund Policy
🌈 I understand that young people may sometimes feel anxious or not ready, and I aim to be as supportive and flexible as possible.
🌈 You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled start date.
🌈 Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled start date are non-refundable, as time has been set aside specifically for your child.
🌈 If your child isn’t ready, you’re very welcome to reschedule or transfer your booking to a later date (subject to availability).
🌈 Once I have begun reviewing or responding to your child’s work, refunds are not available.
🌈 In exceptional circumstances, please get in touch – I will always try to help where I can.
Payment MUST be received before programme starts.
